What am I getting into?

A relaxing and engaging retreat experience that balances connection and quiet. You will spend meaningful time with colleagues guided by thoughtful facilitators, as well as protected time on your own. The day includes gently structured sessions, guided reflection, and opportunities to pause, breathe, move, and be present in a supportive environment.

What am I getting out of it?

Knowing

A deeper understanding of your personal needs and rhythms, along with simple approaches to self care and reflection that can be integrated into daily life.

Doing

Participating in guided practices that invite reflection, deep listening, and international rest. Activities are designed to support mindfulness, renewal, and personal awareness. 

Feeling

More grounded, connected, and restored. You will leave with renewed energy, a stronger sense of community, and a deeper commitment to caring for yourself with compassion. 

General Information:

Date: June 4th-June 5th, 2026

Cost: $30

  • Check-in starts at 10:00 AM on the 4th, and the retreat ends by 2:00 PM on the 5th.
  • You will have your own hotel-style bedroom and bathroom with linens and towels included.
  • All meals are included in the cost of the retreat, including a cocktail hour.
Transportation:
  • For those needing a ride, we will coordinate carpooling from WTC, LSC and HSC if available
